Meatball Mania!

So here's a quick little tip to help you make some perfectly proportionate meatballs for your next pasta adventure. All you need a melon baller! This little gem allows you to control the size of each ball.

For these meatballs I used, 1.5 lbs of ground beef (80/20) about 5 MilkLunch crackers that I rolled into crumbs, 1 egg, dash of salt & some all purpose seasoning.

The melon baller I used was about 1-1.5 inches wide

It also has a flexible silicone back to help you remove what's inside.

Place the ball into your hands and roll to secure any loose bits

Place on your pan and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

And there you go, an easy trick to make all your dinner guest impressed!
